Also if you guys remember from older PR's.
The 10K needed to be audited and official in order to finalize the Beautyject deal.

So if the deal is completed, then the 10K is audited and ready.

Like I've said in the past , they will most likely release news and 10K at the same time. Then on one of the PR's announce the CC time and date for next week.
