For folks that are new to the OTC.
When you file for a late 10K, you have 15 calender days after the late filing to file the 10K to continue to keep OTC Current.
Today would be the last day.
Many Tickers will be releasing things today during the day and after close.
I think 5PM Eastern time is the official cut off.
