There's no possibility of a turn around. They are losing lawsuits, they have more debt than they could ever repay, they have 1 FT employee left and their CEO runs a major brewery in Mexico. They have no product or distribution, they are simply a marketing coordinator.

They haven't filed in forever, so no one knows what the O/S is or anything about the financials.

In short, it's dead money. Even a pump at this point isn't going to work.
