CEO (aka Marty) is a scumbag scammer who should be in jail. Lie's on financial (hence restatements), doesn't pay rents or salaries of employees (hence lawsuits), and beat shareholders into the ground with dilution, toxic debt, and reverse split. But still collects his 400K salary.
