That does not drive the price in penny stocks. Pink sheet stocks dont put out solid filings and they dont drive the pps up or down. Its about staying current with SEC filings, THIS ALONE would be GOOD NEWS. Additionally, GREAT NEWS would for filing for a pink sheet stock would be for minimum dilution and notes vs. prior quarter and possible increase revs or smaller losses. revs in q4, but remember oil pps where down in q4 but recovering now...OIL up big today and will continue up trend imo.
