Since you're civil this time, I will respond to you. I say this scenario is pure speculation on my part but it could happen. Second, why would Harvey lose miilions if the offer is 15/17 pps. Alex may not like those number and might tell HB that ariad is worth 22/26+. I'm just saying if such a scenario 'happens', Denner could sit down with HB for some discussion. I would not underestimate the power of the incumbency.
