I suspect there will be a lot of accumulation going on over a period of time... If someone can put together 10-20 million shares and drive the price via promotion up to even a half cent, they will make a ton of money. Who knows, they may try and go for more...

In any event, 400-500K in shares 3x in the past week is good news!
