When you air condition your house you pressurize it. The air is forced out because of a pressure difference. The pressurized air leaves out the door. The hot air on the outside does not enter unless you leave the door open a long time.

Now, build a turbine at your door and see if you can generate enough electricity to power your air conditioner.
