Big wheel they did that for a reason Buy the time they get permits inspections summer will be almost over. and there have to wait another year. By then most of the mj will be well under way after April 21 vote in the Senate on the MJ question of medical mj. No company will switch over, and there is already 3 alternative power company's working with the mj field.
Nobody will risk changing to a company that just has a plain on paper. That's why they did it this way. And tomorrow Fong will be hitting the dilution button to pay for all of this.
