#10875 RE: VMB-1 #10869

People must realize, this is NOT a 'DISTRIBUTION' Deal, it is an 'ONLINE DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM'

All these guys are going to do is put the product on the websites: Amazon, walmart, etc etc etc... Then maybe do some marketing with the keywords and search phrases.

My problem is, if you search for Hangover Recovery, or something similiar, you are not going to get 320,000 hits for a product, just a few.

Big deal, HJOE will be #1 at the list of 2 or 3.

Huge Sales Inc. does not warehouse or distribute product, they just 'market' it.

I appreciate them putting out an official PR, but this still looks like a lot of fluff to me. This equates into 0 sales.

The GitRDone energy shot is actually already on Amazon:

http://www.amazon.com/Energy-Caffeine-Healthy-Vitamins-Antioxidants/dp/B00LTLH5G6/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1429029424&sr=8-2&keywords=hjoe

I am sorry but this PR doesn't impress me as much as I would have hoped. The ONLY thing that will is sales in the 10Q... End of story............

Proof Walmart Amazon deal is fraudulent scam

- Huge Sales Inc, who HJOE supposedly contracted with, has no website. The ONLY thing Google finds via search is the PR about the HJOE deal. So with Huge Sales claiming to be an online e-commerce marketing expert with $70 million in annual online sales under management for clients, they don't even have a website or any web mention. No press releases from the $70 million in deals. There is no evidence that Huge Sales Inc. even exists.

- Brandon Hughes, CEO of Huge Sales appears to have grossly exaggerated his resumé. None of the companies he lists as being a CEO, owner or partner have a website or any evidence of existence. Don't be confused if you look up Pro-Tech Composites. Pro-Tech has a website and they do specialize in carbon fiber aircraft components, BUT THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD OF BRANDON HUGHES. I called them. I know. Notice he has over 500 linkedin connections but only a measly 8 skills recommendations for his best skill and zero written recommendations. Anyone with 500+ connections and success like he claims to have should have at least one happy customer, partner or employer - don't you think? A little digging into public records and you can see that Brandon owns and lives in an $80,000 condominium in Wisconsin and drives a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire (according to the speeding ticket he got in 2012).

- I called HJOE office (which is actually a cell phone) to ask questions to get clarity regarding Huge Sales and Brandon. I was cussed out with so much profanity a sailor would have taken notes. I was accused of being a short basher when in reality I was simply performing DD prior to taking long position. I was completely taken back by how I was treated. That is when I started to realize HJOE is in on the scam and I decided to expose them for what they are - a complete fraud.

- I messaged Brandon Hughes on Linkedin and had some very interesting responses to my questions. When asked 'What is the website for Huge Sales', he replied with: "I own the domain www.hugesalesinc.com, never activated it as I was advised by others in the online brokering community to keep it dormant. Online brokering is competitive enough". A quick whois search reveals that he registered the domain on March 4, 2015 - 40 days prior to the PR with HJOE. So either Brandon is the most amazing sales person on the planet and landed $70 million in managed revenue in less than a month of starting his business (heck, even to get that kind of business since his supposed start date of 2013 according to linkedin profile is miraculous) or he's not smart enough to register the domain name of an online marketing company for years after its formation. Can we say 'SCAM'.

- Yesterday I posted questions about Huge Sales and Brandon on their FB page and it was quickly deleted. I posted a second time and they replied defending Huge Sales and Brandon and then immediately deleted it.

I will try to post screenshots later - just can't figure out how to do it right now.

HJOE and Huge Sales appear to be in collusion. I trust appropriate legal action will be taken against those involved at some point in the near future. I have no position in HJOE and will not open any position.

I welcome any proof by Hangover Joe's or Huge Sales (Brandon Hughes) of inaccuracies in my findings.
