I think this company, unfortunately, secretly dissolved without providing the public any info.... stock has sold off as if this has happened, they let http://hydrafuelcellcorporation.com/ expire, they have the profile on OTCmarkets totally blank, http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/HFCO/profile

it is sort of appealing for a .0001 lotto play just because the SS isn't terrible for .0001 if they every do anything with it....

we will know in about 3-4 weeks though, when the 10Q is due. My guess is they will file an NT-10Q and then never file after that until something happens with the shell here. It's one thing to be a scam but put out public information to create volatility in the stock, and another thing entirely to be a scam and have everyone secretly jump ship!!!!!!
