Dual pathway will result in additional share dilution.

First pathway: NIAID govt funding targeted for end of 2015. I estimate this amount to be < 500K.

Second pathway: Raise private funding in a similar manner as in 1Q15. This pathway will cause additional share dilution to existing shareholders.
