Ntephe set this company up for failure long before oil prices went down by not doing what was needed to ensure its survival. They had ample time and opportunity. Of course oil prices made it worse but if things had been timely and correctly this company would not be where it is now. This is Ntephe's fault. It not the fault of oil prices which are ALWAYS cynical. Good management things and plans ahead. He didn't.
