SVFC I think it will be filed but I don't see any good news. Probably they show new share count, who knows may be 10 billions already. Getting ever closer to find out what the future holds for this pos, like we don't know that yet.
Hard to say. Last year they missed the late filing deadline and didn't file the annual report until May. I suspect it will not contain any news to move this forward and that it will be underwhelming.
I bet they forget about it. The CEO has clearly moved on to his dermatology business and is paying no concen to Intellicell, it's business or shareholders.
No money entering this stock and they are likely in default on multiple more finance agreements.
I bet there is plenty of embarrassment to go around.
