Since the company is now effectively declaring that they are no longer a development stage company, they are required to be a bit more transparent and give more info.

I always felt at some point Kim would need to be more forthcoming, where it was practical to do so.

I look forward to see what has happened recently that brought the company out of their development stage.

under prospectus summary in the s-1a, kim clearly states that kblb is CURRENTLY in the research and development stage of its development...

additionally, on page 7, kim states they have not produced a transgenic silkworm nor have they demonstrated the viability of their technology...

what the?..lol
