We will see in a couple of days how many notes are still left to convert.

Until we see differently its a bold assumption that Quirk stopped using toxic financing. Again, this is FPFI and we have a good 2 years of history on Quirks SOPs.

I will defer any further comment on toxics until after he releases the financials.

B RY, the FPFI 10-K will show at least 4 other toxic notes still open other than JP Carey at much more obnoxious discounts to market.
