Sounds like privy info (insider source) being bandied about...of course there's NO PROOF that any such conversation ever took place...but this "tip" will be "passed along", thanks...

UPDATE FROM IR:

Spoke with John about 15 minutes ago. He indicated that the 10-k will be accompanied with a PR for shareholders. Couldn't get any definitive info on acquisitions, but BIG NEWS HERE

There is a separate deal in the works right now per John and involves acquisition of a company already producing revenue. He said initial meeting went well and they intend to move forward.

He also said to just hold tight on the market and that we won't be disappointed.

When Investor Relations is "paid" $8,250,000 for 6 months' work...Investor Relations can have a sense of humor, I suppose...

Just the other day, mdcn hit O219. Following the 1:10 reverse split it'll have to hit 21.9 cents to be back to where it was on Wednesday (day before yesterday, 2 days ago). Thanks...

If the pos opens where it closed, OO63, then it'll open @ 6.3 cents post-split, Monday. It'll need to do 3.53 bags to get to 22 cents (just 2 days ago, pre-split).

OS will be around 50,000,000. Market cap around $3,150,000. << That should cheer you up. Oh yeah, most of you will not be able to sell the "old" shares for a while...usually 3-5 days...that'll take the cheer off, lOl...
