That someone is Baltia. Eight month ago Barry went on TV and said they would be certified on or before October first. They are six months past the date Barry gave. How could they be so far off and as far as I can tell they have never given a reason why they didn't make the October date. But they keep selling private placements. For Barry that's a good living
