According to PDGO website, on Sept 8 2014 they retained T Clemensen Consulting for Investor Relations, and on Sept 22 2014 they retained Robert Stewart, a NY based Certified Public Accountant as CFO. Mayby either of these would be able to give an update on Vince. I've been checking the Florida Obits as well and found nothing.
