Why would they not close? And throw away 10s of millions of dollars, even if they were selling shares(which I am certain they are not)There is no way they don't close for lack of funds, and there is no way they would create such a ruse for a temporary bump, not unless they are planning on wearing stripes for a while. Also each and every delay that occurred, they timely informed us via PR. They would not fail to do so in this instance. Doubters vote with your shares or not come Monday, believers do likewise.
