What should we expect witnesses to say? Are these builders going to suggest releasing the GSEs, by any chance? Or does cship somehow benefit them? Call me skeptical, but the committee on banking is owned by the banks. I am not expecting much, and i am suspicious these witnesses might turn out to be cherry-picked pro-cship tools.
