Dilution is what scares me. It's as if the share price wants to go up, but it just cannot. I'm glad it at least bounced off the 50 cent range. However, we all know what the next quarterly report will have in it. If the share price doesn't already have that information incorporated we will probably drop below the 52 week low.
IMO, may be combination of both. Violent upticks with low volume? I cannot elaborate too much about any diluted stocks and perhaps someone can enlighten us who knows about recent filings if more stock issued to raise capital.
