This isn't a bitcoin company. They sold everything they owned from the Bitcoin company (exchange) to somebody else.

In the filing the new CEO said it was a bad investment and they're looking to expand in more stable business sectors. This happened in November 2014.

THIS IS NOT A BITCOIN PLAY!!!

Bitcoin plays always seem to fail.
