I believe it's a strong possibility Cooper releases first on the finalized deal... if closed I think Cooper moves first on news, although EPGL could talk first. After further research I don't see where it is required to file with SEC before PR either. A deal of the magnitude anticipated would be a material event for both CooperVision and EPGL, but I see some PR's from billion dollar companies have come before filing, and vice versa... I don't see a 4 day filing period before news can be released as some have suggested is mandatory.
