I do not think he is INTENTIONALLY lying (and since it is not intentional - he is not lying) here... he just does not have as much control over the PR release times as we think... yet this is an ongoing issue with him. He should have learned by now.

he's not a liar, just not good at estimating times. He's dependent on Russians to get things done, and I can tell you from working with one that they have no concept of urgency.

If you're going to buy, buy on the ASK. There's no point in complaining about the pps if you're only encouraging it by buying on the BID.

Not saying you did this, but just in case anybody else is planning on buying more.
