SO YOUNG'S IS STATING THAT THEY WILL HAVE YOUR WELL DRILLED AND PUMPING WATER IN ABOUT TWO MONTH IT APPEARS?

Correct. And they will deal with all the permit headaches for you!
That's why I posted earlier about us (my previous co-workers) getting three wells completed in Idaho in the time it takes these guys to file a stinking permit! It's pathetic!

And don't even try to suggest that 100 years of USGS surveys are helpful with groundwater..... it's IRRELIVANT!!!
