...or it could mean that the company is expecting trouble with FINRA approval and they are trying to dump shares now before the official word comes out. I'm not saying it will happen but I believe it to be a possibility. I'm waiting to see if some Friday afternoon selling starts. If it does and that BID wall shows up again...look out.
