company being sued in two states by all of their employees for not paying months and months of wages and being sued by their landlords in two states for not paying months of rent. and there is enough for every shareholder from last two years to sue them as well for false press releases, false financials filed with SEC, etc. company website gone for good. no way to contact anyone. the courts in two states can't even get in touch with them. they have not shown for court proceedings.
