Market value I did mean. If they are to improve market value is that simply to issue new shares or is that the shares must be bought by someone? SVFC I strongly believe that they want to increase market value before doing anything just not sure how they want to do it and then take care of toxic financing and then the rest...hope SVFC moves up soon.
