Sterling, respectfully I asked one public question that is not specifically requiring Goulding's opinion at all.

Have IJJP and the consortium acquired any property interests, actual physical assets, with the proceeds from the sale of the unregistered shares?

I have not seen the exemption used for this purpose before. Historically, effecting Section 3(a)(10) to settle up debt owed for property interests in the future is new territory from my research. Already acquired yes, but forward looking intentions, no.
