Does Ntephe work on weekends? doesn't seem like he gets anything done during the week let alone weekends. Then there are vacation days. Then there are his boondoggle conference days. Then there is the time he takes off to write useless articles and attend and teach worthless classes. What about sick days and holidays. Bottom line is Ntephe has been and is being paid way too much for the pathetic job he has done as CEO. He doesn't deserve a dime or my respect. He needs to earn both and he obviously hasn't.

Actually, that number is correct, when you factor in weekends, not to mention holidays, sickleave and vacation.

That equates to 46 weeks or less, times 5 workdays =230 days per year
multiplied by $1000= $230,000+
