I didnt.. I sold it all years ago when I discovered it was a lame duck company that was more interested in selling stock and promises than making $$.

PSP Ventures was behind it and now their principal is named in an SEC lawsuit.

This one has had no bid for a very very long time..

Check the share structure.. not pretty.
