Of course the announcement in itself should have boosted the PPS some. People just don't seem to notice Chinese agriculture companies listed on OTC.
It could be. The problem is they need cash to ramp it up. So they do the merger, raise some cash (get some loans) and invest it. That should be the right order. They also have plans for big cattle farms that require a lot of money.
You want to know what happens if we don't get the merger soon. I think we could still drift towards $2 if these rumors keep circulating. At some point we might get a big buyer. At some point, hedge funds should be all over this stock.
