ISNS closed @ h.o.d.= very bullish. I bought more shares @ 2.88.
looking at some historical numbers on this stock, it moves up quickly at times. I see the yearly high was almost $ 10 pps. we are not that far from the yearly low, and any kind of news on orders will skyrocket this up. we had good volume today. and the low float/o.s. count doesn't hurt.
