Sloth, It was a relief to have the 10-Q out and not finding any complete surprises in what was reported.
The last couple of weeks was like going to bed and having a bad nightmare. Being afraid to wake up, fearing the worse is about to happen. Then, waking up and finding that things are the same as before going to bed.
The one thing that we have to do is to stop the increase in a/s from happening anyway we can. Whether it is by voting no or not voting at all. S3 will still survive without the three billion additional a/s, IMO. In fact, S3 has a better chance of surviving w/o the increased shares than if they are voted in. Again, IMO.
I don't remember if you have had a chance to talk to Equiti-trend yet or not. I hope that Equiti will do more than just talk to current stockholders. Maybe they will help set up a tele-conference or something. What are your thoughts regarding the value of Euiti-trend and S3 working together to promote our investment?
