Not exactly. Quarter closed 3/31/15. They filed an extension giving them UP TO 15 days to file. I personally think they are timing the NEWS/PR with the filing, but you can have your own opinions there. What is encouraging here is that it has held in this range now for 4+ days and the support is awesome, with NEW hands all over the flippers shares. % of those will go LONG, meaning STRONGER hands now. We could see the filings at any time now between today and the 15th.
