Yeah, that Sales Reps name is Al Gebacktoya, and he also spearheaded all those RFID sales I believe. Look, investing is supposed to be about Pattern Recognition right? You do lots of DD, look for a pattern, put that pattern in the larger context then make a decision.
This company has a long long pattern history of claiming to be in this business, that business, or the other business... yet never really selling anything other than shares and juicy stories. Then they cover for one thing that never materializes with a brand new story/enterprise.... do more PR's... sell more shares.
All this would be fine and dandy, and there would be a chance of Shearin coming up with another blockbuster PR/promotion except for one thing....
At the moment there is no incentive for him to do so. They have no more shares in the current A/S so he has nothing to gain by doing so. He needs new shares first. It really is that simple. The share price can only go way down from here as more and more shareholders realize that and exit however they can.
