For those not familiar with Canadian politics, the photo includes John Cecil (far right) along with Prime Minister Stephen Harper.

Harper is currently preparing for the upcoming federal election later this year (October). They will be doing everything they can to encourage SME's; don't know how it will help Kallo directly, but it may help solidify their supply chain.
