If I remember correctly, Lukoil was touting having control over 19 trillion whatever of oil. I didn't think mother earth has that much oil. May be it was 19 trillion dollars worth. Anyway, to think that NDOL will have control over 49 billion barrels of Russian oil with this joint venture is preposterous.
