I wrote to them back in February and did receive a response. And while it was not favorable as far as a return to the US, he did give me some insight as to why they are not making a return thus far.

Other than that, I am fairly confident in the company and their ability to come back with shock and awe numbers, otherwise I would have written this off ages ago and taken the loss.
