Tryoty, who placed the BOD? Was it not Offor? Are the BOD loyal to Offor?
What is the agenda of the BOD? How often do they conduct "meetings" by telephone? What do they think of PN's performance? Why don't the BOD have a FAQ's section,or a BOD's corner type informational outreach?
