A divy is nonsense because CBIS doesn't have any capital to pay a divy. They could just issue people more worthless paper but folks need to realize, Net losses at CBIS through the September Quarter were more than twice as large as they were in in the first 9 months of the prior year. Through 3 Quarters, CBIS had posted a Net Loss of ($8,066,073) versus the (3,892,938) it had done in the prior comp period. With losses of over $8 million in the last 9 months, we're still waiting for CBIS's Annual Report 10-K filing, due no later than next Wednesday. When folks finally get CBIS's full year results, you'll wish you had sold. Just no doubt the financials at CBIS are deteriorating rapidly. The cash burn at CBIS is impressive and therefore I rate CBIS a strong sell.
