Jeffery, there is no doubt in my mind that those who must sign agreements with Q routinely use the press (analysts are no exception) to try to put pressure on Qualcomm. Qualcomm has tried to stay out of the mud tossing, however when the negative comments start to effect the stock price, they routinely rebut various comments. I am surprised with Qualcomm's press releases addressing the Nokia negotiations because that has never been their style. However, I am more than pleased to see them taking a more agressive stance. In effect saying "NO MORE MISTER NICE GUY
