From the outward appearance, that's true but stop and think about what normal stocks do when they prep for a run. Prior to the run, volume picks up gradually then with more vigor and the price usually remains static or goes down. We have witnessed for the last 2 and a half weeks sporadic movemnt which hasn't happened in months. If you view from the positive side it could mean mm's are loading shares. Now why would they do that?
