Well most of us bought because of a LOI to merge to mmms which is a profitable company. CLRX is a lab and hoping to be acquired. They needed to raise money and get their price over $1. per share ...... The rest is history after they pumped it to 2.50 and now 90 cents..... These are the facts so far! AND no merger!
