Let's Compare:

Trash to Trash

Active Health Foods, Inc. (AHFD) to NHMD

Active Health makes organic bars. Last April the stock was $11.00, today it is $.0002 per share. Last April, when AHFD was $11.00 the company expected initial roll out revenue of $600,000. The stock closed at $11.00 April 30, 2014 and now trades at $.0002. With 4,880,000 shares outstanding, it has a market cap of $976.40. Their net income in 2013 was -$1,360,000.

NHMD currently has 77 million shares and expects to have a lot more shares to dilute the existing, which is really the only thing growing in the company besides debt. News of slow or no distribution, or even distribution with miserable sales, or distribution with too high of a cost structure, could send the share price to $.0001. AHFD volume today was 76,772,400. NHMD's goo cakes are DOA.

Go NHMD!!

This board has some of the smartest people posting as long investors here. Great intelligent point made Lyons.

Here's the thing Ludus:
energy bars are a very crowded field. Google energy bars and you get 24 million page hits: https://www.google.com/search?q=energy+bars&client=opera&hs=5xk&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=tfklVdOvNZKqogSr04GgBg&ved=0CAgQ_AUoAg&biw=1280&bih=673

NHMD is a game changer: it's unique! I'm sorry you don't understand that. AHFD had sales of $20k. By comparison, Batter Blaster had sales of $40 million. Nate's current line of products will do better. Recommend you load up before hey announce a deal with Costco!
