I talked to them today. Reason I was told they are not saying anything is they are getting all their ducks in a row and didnt want to waste good prs when they knew some conversions were about to happen. If you watched how it trades the last two days you can tell those are over. I would expect and it was hinted to me that pr's will be coming imminently. As in possibly tomorrow.
