The RS should take effect in a few days according to SEC filing. I am not always crazy about them, more fail than succeed (cause they are used wrongly in my opinion); except CHFR has stellar earnings and growth going for it plus good revenues many others do not that go thru these RS's...
Shareholders will receive 1 share for every 25 existing shares, and this will make the float extremely small too, and this could or should be good for the stock going forward...
I thought all was fine here, just that they needed more global awareness if anything. Won't be many public shares available though after this RS.
