I dont have a clue as to what you're talking about. I didnt say anything about .25 cents... I only quoted from the SEC filing.

.45 could be a bargain, BUT, you cant look at a 200 day chart and tell me that THE TREND IS UP.

When I look at 200 day chart I see lower highs and lower lows... so dont get all excited about a little pop here.
