Best time to do it. When there is liquidity. Two days ago, a big sale would have pushed this down into the low 20s.

$DSNY - back in today. wanted to get past the earnings release, and it looks like $DSNY has given back about 1/2 of that spike and now finding support in the low .50's

just read the CC transcript on SA and there's a lot to like about what's going on. jmo..
